If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. For a Salted Strength Club membership, the contract is concluded when you complete your registration—not when the seven-day free trial ends or when your first payment is taken.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Salted Strength Club
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you under that contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Your membership access will end when the withdrawal is processed.
Where legally applicable, if you expressly requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services provided before you notified us of your withdrawal.
2. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Where a contract concerns paid digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day period only when all legally required conditions have been met. These include:
Simply accessing or viewing membership content does not, by itself, waive any mandatory consumer right where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained.
Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
- You expressly consented to the digital content being provided before the withdrawal period ended;
- You acknowledged that beginning performance would cause you to lose your right of withdrawal; and
- You received the required contract confirmation.
Simply accessing or viewing membership content does not, by itself, waive any mandatory consumer right where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT AND EARLY EXPIRY OF THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
Every Salted Strength Club membership includes a seven-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial to prevent the first subscription payment.
The free trial and statutory right of withdrawal are separate. The 14-day statutory withdrawal period generally begins when the membership contract is concluded, even when the contract includes a free trial.

4. 7-DAY FREE TRIAL
Withdrawal reverses the original contract when exercised within the applicable statutory period.
Cancellation stops the membership from renewing in the future. If you only wish to prevent future renewal, sign in to your Salted Strength Club account, go to Purchases, select Manage beside your membership, and choose End Membership.
